Welcome to our Policy Bank, where you can find a large variety of policies and procedures relevant to not-for-profit organisations and free for your use.

For over 30 years Share & Care have developed Policies and Procedures we have shared with many others. These Policies are based on our community service experience and our desire to ensure a truly accountable, transparent, efficient and effective organisation.

These policies are in line with best practice standards and above... why reinvent the wheel?

How to use the Policy Bank:

1. Look through the list of icons below to locate the areas that your Board or organisation is interested in. Double click on the icon to open the folder and search the list of individual policies.
2. Download the policy you want by right clicking on the name and saving it to your own computer (Microsoft Word & Publisher formats).
3. Adapt the policy to suit the particular needs of your organisation.
4. Adopt the new policy at your next Board meeting.

The only thing we ask is that you reference the source on your document. If a document won't open for you, call us, we will send a hard copy.

Policy and Procedure Areas are in the process of review by a consultant and will be uploaded again when the review is complete.
